Family

Indicated when family relationships are the focus of conflict or distress.  Family therapy seeks to provide improvement of communication, behavior patterns and interaction patterns among family members.

Adolescent

An adolescent often benefits from a confidential resource to assist them in exploring their reactions to changing emotions and relationship difficulties with peers or family.  Ages 11 to 19 are offered individual,  family therapy depending on therapeutic goals.

Child

Children aged 3 to 10 years can benefit from play therapy, behavior or skills training, stress and anger management. Parents are typically an important part of a child's therapy and take an active role in following up at home in the therapeutic goals set by the parent and therapist.
